ORDER PROCESSING
The receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not imply our acceptance of your order or confirm our offer to sell. We retain the right to accept, decline, or restrict your order for any reason, even if your credit card has been charged. In the event of order cancellation after your credit card has been charged, a prompt refund will be credited to your account. Additionally, we reserve the right to supply a quantity less than what you ordered for any item, adjusting your invoice accordingly, without prior notice. We may request further verification or information before accepting an order. Once you have placed an order, a purchase contract is established, and your credit card will be charged immediately. Please note that orders are not always shipped on the same day. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us by phone for immediate attention. While we strive to keep our site accessible, we cannot be held responsible for unprocessed or unaccepted orders resulting from technical difficulties.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept major credit cards as a form of payment. By providing us with your credit card information, you affirm and guarantee that: (i) the information you provide is accurate, complete, and valid; (ii) your credit card company will authorize the charges incurred; and (iii) you will pay the charges at the posted prices, including applicable taxes, if any. All payments must be made in United States currency. Each order must include the current billing address and phone information. In the event of overdue payments, you agree to pay interest at the maximum rate permissible by law. We maintain a security interest in the products and all associated proceeds until the full purchase price, including taxes and additional charges, has been settled. Payment must be received prior to our acceptance of an order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change due to fluctuating exchange rates, alterations in shipping expenses, manufacturer price adjustments, and other unforeseen circumstances.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Off-roading is an adventurous activity that inherently carries risks, including the potential for personal injury or even loss of life. By engaging in vehicle off-roading, the user acknowledges and accepts these inherent risks. E&E Off-Road, LLC, provides no guarantee that the use of its products or parts ensures personal safety, prevents physical injury, or functions as a life-saving device. E&E Off-Road, LLC explicitly disclaims any liability for any special, direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of life or limb, or damages resulting from bodily or personal injury, which may arise from the sale, installation, or use of its products and parts. It is the user's responsibility to thoroughly inspect and verify the dimensions, specifications, and performance of all products and parts to ensure their suitability for the intended use prior to installation and/or use.

The user must inspect E&E Off-Road, LLC's products and parts for any signs of damage, defects, or wear before each use. Any deviation by the user from the manufacturer's specified guidelines regarding use, maintenance, repair, alterations, and modifications will be considered willful negligence. The installation of E&E Off-Road, LLC's products or parts may have adverse effects on other vehicle components, safety equipment, or manufactured goods. E&E Off-Road, LLC assumes no responsibility for any damage to goods or bodily injury that may occur due to failure of goods resulting from the proper or improper installation and/or use of its products or parts.

The liability of E&E Off-Road, LLC is limited to the replacement of defective products or parts, as determined by the manufacturer upon examination, within 30 days of purchase, provided that such defects are not caused by accidents, improper use, alterations, tampering, excessive use, misuse, modifications, or abuse. The user's damages shall be deemed to be liquidated in the form of replacement costs for the product or part. By purchasing or using E&E Off-Road, LLC's products, the user agrees that if any provision of this Disclaimer is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under current or future laws, such provision shall be fully severed from the Disclaimer. The remaining provisions shall continue to be construed and enforced as if the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision never existed. In such cases, an automatically added provision shall be included in this Disclaimer, as similar as possible to the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision, but legal, valid, and enforceable.
GOVERNING LAW AND STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
This website is operated and controlled by us from our business located within the State of Nevada, United States. As different locations may have varying laws, both you and we agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Nevada, regardless of conflicts of laws principles, shall govern all matters concerning the use of this website and the purchase of products and services offered through this website. Each of us agrees and consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the United States District Court of Nevada in relation to such matters. Any legal action or claim initiated by you against us or our affiliates must be filed within one year after the cause of action arises, or it will be deemed forever waived and barred.
